Warranty Policy

Black Diamond Belt Company warrants most products for quality of workmanship for a period of 30 days. All warranty claims must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning the product to Black Diamond. Any returned product received by Black Diamond without an approved RA# may not be processed.

In order to obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form, or email directly to [email protected]. Please include the reason for your request. If approved, we will provide the RA#, and any additional information needed to complete the process.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent products. Exotic leather products1 are delicate and cannot be guaranteed in any way. Black Diamond reserves the right to deny any warranty claim.

Warranty will be denied for the following:

  • Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products missing accessories
  • Products that are damaged during the return shipment
  • Products received by customer more than 30 days ago
  • Products received without RA#

    1 Exotic leather products consist of alligator, lizard, ostrich, shark, crocodile, caiman & python.

    Return & Exchange Policy

    Black Diamond Belt Company offers returns or exchanges for most products for 30 days from the date of delivery (see below). All returns and exchanges must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) prior to returning the product to Black Diamond. Any returned product received by Black Diamond without an approved RA# may not be processed.

Please include the reason for your request, and if it is for a merchandise credit, or exchange. If approved, we will provide the RA#, and any additional information needed to complete the process.

    Returns for non-custom products will be in the form of a merchandise credit to be used towards future products. Shipping expenses for product exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Black Diamond reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

    Returnable Items:

    • Non-custom products
    • Product defects due to workmanship (see Warranty Policy)

    Nonreturnable Items:

    • Custom made products. They are one of a kind and manufactured to your specifications.
    • Special Services (such as Design, Setup and Shipping)
    • Gift Cards or Merchandise Credits
    • Products that have been used or worn, and not in sellable condition
    • Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
    • Products without proof of purchase
    • Products missing accessories
    • Products that are damaged during the return shipment
    • Products received by customer more than 30 days ago
    • Products received without RA#
